  • Scheduled Onsite Visits – For those niggly issues that won’t go away.
  • Cyber-Security Management and Monitoring – Patching, Security updates, e-mail filtering, firewall management 24/7, 365 Days a year.
  • SaaS Management – Software as a Service management i.e. Myob, Zero.
  • Vendor Management – Printers, 3rd party applications, you name it we’ve met them. We stay on hold so you don’t have too!
  • Monthly Report – I.e. Usage, tickets, e-mails, calls and incidents.
  • Quarterly Strategic meeting – Technology Road-map and progress report delivered by a dedicated account manager.


This Service Package is priced for on-boarding 10 end-points (e.g. computer, printer, server, router, switch, etc.) and includes 30-days of support. Size of organisation – Up to 150 employees.

Note: Licensing fees are not included in the price as they vary widely from business to business.
